| E.
Bilchick & Co. was established in 1932 in
Johannesburg by Efraim Bilchik. The company was
then run by his son Moris Bilchik.
Wallpaper hanging was introduced as a service in
the 1950's and with increasing demand for wall
coverings, Bilchik Wallpapers became a separate
company, importing and distributing wall
coverings from the best houses in Europe,
Britain, the Far East and the USA. The company
has approximately 40% of the market share. Apart
from importing, Bilchik Wallpaper also obtains
its products from a local manufacturer called
Renolit. |

| In
June 2002, we announced the acquisition of the
Bilchik & Co. and purchased the entire
distribution rights from the manufacturer,
Renolit SA. The acquisition saw the birth of
Majestic Wallpapers, the first Black Owned Wall
Coverings Distributor in South Africa. Our
purpose and intention is to continue to provide
the service and products orignally set down by
the esteemed pioneers, Bilchik & Co. as well
as continually improving & surpassing your
expectations of the Wall Coverings Industry. |

addition, we have a Branch Office in Durban.
Finally, we also have sub-distributors in Cape
Town, Bloemfontein, Mpumalanga, Nelspruit,
Richards Bay & Port Elizabeth. |
